How old do I have to be to visit Neros Sauna?
You must be 18 or older to enter Neros Sauna. If you’re fortunate enough to look under 25, we operate a Check 25 policy and may ask you for ID to prove you are over 18.
Is Neros Sauna a members-only club?
Yes, Neros Sauna is a members-only club. To become a member, you’ll need to complete our quick membership application form, which takes about a minute.
What are the benefits of becoming a member?
As a member, you’ll enjoy unlimited free tea and coffee, free towel changes, free passouts on every visit.
I am discreet and do not want anyone to know I have visited Neros!
At Neros Sauna, we uphold a strict discreet and confidential policy. We do not share your details with anyone. Your membership information is only accessed when you visit the sauna.
It’s my first time, and I’m at the door—what next?
When you arrive on Whitelegge Street, you’ll find us discreetly located down an alleyway. Once at our entrance, ring the doorbell to the left of the door. A staff member will buzz you in. Let them know it’s your first visit. Remember, you must be a member to join.
How long can I stay?
Once you’ve paid your entrance fee, you’re welcome to stay as long as you like until we close. On days when we have joint events with our sister venue, Partners Swingers Club, you’ll be able to stay until they close.
If I leave and want to return the same day, do I have to pay again?
No worries! If you’re a member, free passout returns are included in your membership.
Do I need to bring anything with me?
We provide a locker, a towel, and shower gel at the showers. If you’d prefer to wear shorts, jocks, etc., please bring these with you.
Can I change my towel if it gets wet or dirty?
Yes, as part of your membership, you can get free towel changes.
Do you charge for condoms and lube?
No, in the interest of health and safety, we work with sexual health charities to provide these free of charge to everyone.
Do I need to be fit and in good shape?
Definitely not! Neros Sauna welcomes all types of guys in an attitude-free, non-judgmental environment.
Do I need to be male to enter?
Yes, we cater to gay, bisexual, and curious males during our main operational hours. However, to be inclusive, we run our Biphoria event, which is open to all genders and identities. Our sister venue, Partners Swingers Club, also caters to all genders and identities.
I am a cross-dresser. Can I still come in?
Yes, cross-dressers are welcome at Neros. Just keep in mind that if the event requires participants to be naked, you would need to conform to that dress code.
Will you show me around?
We don’t conduct formal tours, as we find that our customers prefer to explore and discover everything for themselves. However, we will gladly point you in the right direction, and our helpful staff are always on hand if you need assistance.
When will it be busy?
As with all saunas, it’s hard to predict when it will be busy. Generally, event days, especially naked days, tend to draw a crowd. Please note, we do not give admission figures over the phone as these can change by the time you arrive.
What if I want to come but don’t want to be part of an event?
No problem at all! Neros is a large complex, and members who prefer not to participate in any events can still enjoy the rest of the facilities.
Can I bring a friend along?
Absolutely! If your friend meets our joining criteria and completes the relevant membership application, they are welcome to join you. If they haven’t visited us before, feel free to show them this first-time visitor guide.

Remember, once inside, we’re all the same—in towels (apart from our staff, of course).
